This reactive ‘fire fighting’ reduces not only how well you can utilise your fleet but constantly undermines the level of service you are able to provide your customers and costs you money.

Isotrak’s ATMS Versatile Intelligent Alerting (VIA) module monitors every aspect of your operation against pre-set parameters so that you don’t have to. The benefits in turning your transport office from a reactive fire fighting operation that constantly struggles to stay on top of ever-changing circumstances to a transport operation that proactively manages situations before they become critical or worse still, grind everything to a halt, are enormous.

Operational and Emergency

Emergency alertsIsotrak’s ATMS VIA module includes operational performance related alerts such as overdue depot departure, or wrong job allocated and also emergency alerts that are triggered typically by the driver using the dashboard mounted panic button or the remote key fob.

User Configurable

Unlike other vendors, the Isotrak ATMS VIA is fully user configurable and is able to not only set alerts for specific information or concerning only resource’s of certain type but it also has the capability to alert users via a range of channels such as email, pager, SMS or on screen. These channels can be fully modified by the user so that at certain times of day particular channels are used.

RAG (Red, Amber, Green) Display

As is common across Isotrak’s ATMS, reports are illustrated using the RAG display. This allows for ‘at a glance’ current status of all alerts. All alerts are listed on the Alert Management Screen by type but this can be configured to display alerts by ‘new’ ‘open’ or awaiting acknowledgment’ etc.

Owning Alerts

Ownership of alerts is essential in order to fully resolve the issue. Should an alert not be taken ownership of then the system will automatically escalate the importance of that alert until it has been owned. Once owned, all actions need to be added to the system for the day book updates, this will allow the next shift to easily pick up the progress of any alert not fully resolved.
